At first they had me and my wife on a double bed when the article says queen bed,and the room did not had a microwave or a mini fridge.so id make the call to the loby and the girl did took care of the situation nicely and professionally,switching me from an 8th floor to a 4th floor.and i thou that as you go up floors the rooms should get nicer but wasnt the case in the facility.one of the two elevator was out of service at the time of the check in.and this other room had more space but still with the issue of the bed being double when it should be a queen.Im a person with disabilities and i walk on 2 crutches.so the next day when we came back to the hotel,we find out that now the two elevators wore out of services.so i processed to talk with one of the three persons there and explain my situation to go up to the 4th floor in crutches and they all look at each other with no answers.it took me 20min. to reach the 4th floor,because my lungs health isues.and id processed to call expedia and explained the situation and they decided to call the hotel without an answer.also having the next day just a towel change.the bathroom wasnt clean up and the bed wasn't made up when i came back later that day.i didn't left a mess at the bathroom but the sink wasnt even clean and at the bed wasnt any personal items or luggage at all.
