Perfect for rest and relaxation while traveling with your family. Additional blow up Bed is available please specify and review house rules.

Enjoy Fly Fishing? Take a break and relax by the river or the pond that features a relaxing waterfall. We have done extensive work to the river to create pools for the fish. Catch & release fishing only. (Winter time makes these area more challenging to get to and outdoor furniture is stored in winter)

Located just 11 miles from downtown Durango. Enjoy the many local area sites such as the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, National Parks & Monuments, Purgatory Ski Resort, Mesa Verde and much more. Take advantage of the many nearby outdoor sporting activities available which include fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, skiing and of course horse back riding. Access many trails from the Ranch property on the BLM.

Don’t be fooled.
Apartment is not 2 bedrooms. Very uncomfortable for a family of even just 4 to try and sit to watch TV in the living room. Property was very muddy and we were unable to walk around because we didn’t have rubber boots. Property listing was not accurate.

We wanted something that wasn’t in town and this place delivered. The location is far enough to enjoy the beauty of the ranch but still close enough to town as well. The place itself is very homey and felt like home. Our kids loved the ranch and views. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful property that my family enjoyed while leaf-peeping and enjoying other activities the San Juans have to offer. We sat out on the balcony and watch the stars and could see the Milky Way each night. The apartment itself is wonderfully appointed and decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking the property to the pond, watching the horses, and walking along the Florida River. My son loved the tree swing and frisbee golf. We highly recommend staying here, and we're already planning our return!

This apartment is comfortable and beautiful and immaculate. Beverly was great - even generously helped us out with an issue with our car. The setting on a horse ranch is lovely with good walks across the well kept property to the river and pond. Had some meals on the balcony overlooking hills, green pastures and horses. Close enough to town to enjoy all that Durango has to offer. We rented e-bikes on the Animas River trail and hiked the rim trail that offers great views of the city and surrounding mountains. The drive up the "million dollar highway" across Red Mountain Pass to Ouray is not to be missed and, of course, the steam train ride to Silverton - choose an open air and glass ceilinged car - amazing views! It was wonderful to return to the peace and comfort of "the ranch" each evening.

Beautiful property!
Beverly‘s property is absolutely amazing! You can tell that she really put a lot of time and hard work into making this a beautiful place for guests to enjoy. Not only was the apartment that we stayed in clean and stocked with snacks and coffee (a must for us!), it was beautifully built and felt like we were staying in a luxury home. The beds were so comfortable and she even had the pull out ready for our kids. The property itself is just amazing. It was so nice to have a place to stay that offered things to do. We had our 3 kids ages 16, 18 and 21 with us and they loved being able to take walks on the ranch, look at the horses, hang out by the pond (she even has seating there) and my husband and son fished every day. I really appreciate the care she took in making it so accommodating for guests and for sharing her beautiful property with others. We have already talked about coming back. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay when you visit Colorado. It’s also very close to downtown Durango with so many activities to do. Thank you Beverly!

Beautiful!
Highly recommend this beautiful property!! Everything about it is stunning, and it was perfect for a seven night stay for a family of four. Beverly was very welcoming and communicative, and the attention to every detail from design to decor is amazing throughout the entire apartment. We will definitely try to book again for our next stay in Durango!
