We called the day before we were due to check in to advise what time we would be arriving as there is no front desk. We arrived on time to find no one there waiting for us. We waited around 30 minutes and still no one showed up. Went for a bit of a walk to try and find someone to help us ring them as we didn't have a working phone on us, but didn't have any luck. Eventually with the help of some other guests we got onto the internet to ring the number provided, however, it is not a direct number and we were put on hold for a few minutes before being hung up. This happened several times, so we then rang hotels.com who were able to get onto them for us. Thankfully someone showed up a few minutes later, but we were waiting for about 2 hours. There was no apology or explanation... Once we finally got in, the apartment was lovely. It was well decorated and really clean. Our apartment had a nice balcony which had nice views of the ocean. The kitchen was okay, but there was no toaster and only one pot so we couldn't really cook any meals. Also, we would recommend catching a cab there as the ferry and bus terminals are about 30 minute walk away and it is all up hill and ALOT of stairs.
