sweet location, clean and helpful. Super noisy.

Right where you want to be. Great staff. Beautiful hotel. In a noisy busy area, and a supermarket across from our room that was really convenient but restocked at like 4 am--- but hotel left us earbuds to help. I would say great for all travelers except families with kids bc of the noise.

Good hotel in the action of Temple Bar district.

Hotel was nice but many rooms are not air conditioned. Seems only those facing the Main Street - Fleet Street- have a/c. because the night time street noise can be very loud and the open windows would be undesirable. We had a "Suite" which means a small table and two chairs. It really wasn't worth the extra cost. Rooms were clean. Staff, especially Brid, were very helpful.

Close to the Action in Dublin

Pros: Room was spacious and clean, great location, helpful and courteous staff
Cons: Hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed, making the elevator unusable (luckily we were on the 1st floor), hallway smelled faintly of paint
Location: Temple Bar location makes it easy to do almost anything in Dublin on foot
We stayed at the Temple Bar Hotel for 2 nights at the end of June. Our room was spacious, newly updated, comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful with directions and helping to arrange transportation for us when we checked out. This is a great location for accessing most of the major things to do in Dublin and we were able to walk everywhere. The Temple Bar area is very lively, so keep that in mind when selecting this hotel. Despite there being many pubs and bars around, we heard very little street noise and it didn't affect our sleep at all. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel again, especially if you're looking for a location that's close to everything!

Centrally located, but can be noisy.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is pretty much in the center of the action in Dublin, so it can get a bit loud. The room itself was great, with a sizable bathroom and room to hang up clothes and tuck away all belongings. Water, coffee, tea, and cookies were restocked every day. Walk out the door and you are in Temple Bar, adjacent to Trinity College, a couple of blocks away from the River Liffey, and convenient to bus lines to/from airport and other points in the city. I recommend the hotel with the caveat that you must be prepared for some potential noise at night.

Very convenient.

Pros: The hotel staff was fabulous. Need we mention again the location.
Cons: The beds could provide more back support.
Location: Although we took the bus to Dublin Castle, the return walk was very manageable. We took in the typical tourist venues.
This was just a short visit to check out Dublin. The hotel was conveniently located near most of the most visited tourist sites and bus routes. Great location.

Near Dublins major night life, think NYC Times Sq.

Pros: Proximity to Everything.
Chose this hotel carefully for a mate and mine for 1 night in Dublin, close enough to major attractions and the DART as well as direct shot from the airport. I would say not for families, too busy and can be a bit noisy. Use Fintan Murray at fintan@corporatetransfers.ie for a reasonable personal airport (and beyond) taxi service. Jump on the DART and head to Howth, later in the day, not open for lunch, for seaside seafood extravaganza.

This Hotel was near many places to see

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: room a bit small for the price
I had a wonderfull time in Dublin. The locaion of this Hotel is ideal for anyone who wants the Temple Bar experience. The staff was very helpfull in guiding me on what to see and how to find it such as the famous Temple Bar which was walking distance from the Hotel. There were numerous pubs and eatery's within walking distance of the Hotel and even the not so close establishments were not that far.
