The door to our room didn’t lock, room phone didn’t work, no shampoo. And the toilet was clogged, went to the front desk( because the room phone didn’t work) and notified the person at the front desk. We left went out for 4 hours came back to the same clogged toilet.

The hotel reeked of smoke as you entered the facility. The rooms reeked of sewage and old mop water. It was horrible the staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. To the point of being rude by ignoring you.
