The property was clean and the staff was professional but the HVAC system was not functioning properly ... could not get the AC to cool the room properly. In defense of the staff, I did not bring it to the attention of the staff until about 6:30am and the front desk person indicated the staff person would not be on duty until 9:00am.

The staff is unprofessional! I set my trash and towels at the door and asked them to simply replace the items. The housekeeping staff cleaned the floor I was staying on but neglected to replace my garbage and towels. I asked twice. This is unacceptable!
