"Good location and midpriced hotel "
Had a great experience. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean. Great pillows! Located within walking distance of several major attractions ( Needle, Chihuly, Pop Culture, Gates Foundation, Monorail). Good restaurants within walking distance(Toulouse Petit, 10 Mercer). Starbucks in lobby. Great view from rooftop deck.

"Fun Getaway"
We were surprised to find parking convenient under the hotel. At checkin we were upgraded to a water view room. The room was spacious with coffee and water bottles provided. The help at the restaurant and bar were especially friendly and helpful. And the location of the hotel near stores and The Market was perfect. We really enjoyed our overnight stay.

"Nice hotel for the price"
Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from space needle and plenty of bars. Only thing was that the elevator was down during our entire stay. Try walking up and down 5 flight of stairs with all your luggage and after having a few cocktails.

"Great location and staff"
The hotel is a few blocks from Pike Place, a short walk to Westlake transit station and the monorail, a block from the convention center, and next to the Pine Street shopping area. Even better is the wonderful staff, from the front desk, where they helped us find a room for an additional night even though the hotel was fully booked, and also sent up complimentary champagne as we were celebrating a birthday; to the housekeeping staff, who cheerfully retrieved the sunglasses I left in the room after we checked out. The bell desk staff assisted with luggage and cabs and always asked what they could do for us. They all made it such an unexpectedly nice experience!

"Great Location "
The Warwick is close to everything. Great restaurant's within walking distance and the mall was just around the corner. From the airport, the light rail ended just steps away from the hotel. A definite plus ($$) Although the hotel restaurant was nice and a fairly good breakfast, my son and I felt a little nauseous after having appetizers in the hotel bar one evening. We suspected a certain food was at fault. All-In-All, I would stay there again but watch what I ate after 9:00pm.

"Great downtown location"
Loved our stay at the Mayflower Park Hotel! The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Excellent location. We were able to walk to Pike Place Market. The monorail is accessible from the hotel lobby and takes you to city center for the Space Needle and Chihully Museum. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Seattle.

"If You're Into the Market"
Can't beat the location if you are into the market scene. Rooms are clean and the whole hotel is somewhat minimalist. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed and linens. Street noise was not a problem. I wouldn't splurge for a room with a view since the best view and the best thing about the hotel is the deck on the 5th floor. You can see the market, the mountains, the ferris wheel, the Sound and Mt. Rainier. The stairwells smelled a little funky. A coat of paint might help, but that was our only complaint. Not a place for kids or families.

    Downtown Seattle Hotel Guide

What is it about Seattle, Washington? The sky is blue, the air is crisp, the rain is refreshing—and even though it's a big city, you don't get the feeling of crowding or urban sprawl. Seattle just feels like a big mountain town—yet there's the amazing International District, fabulous restaurants (featuring Pacific Northwest produce and seafood), and the world-class Seattle Opera company. Thanks to the abundance of downtown Seattle hotels, you won't have to travel far to your destination, whether it's a business meeting or a performance of "Carmen." Seattle may be the perfect place for your next dream vacation, whether you're into opera and ferry rides, or prefer just hanging out at the Space Needle and watching the world go by.

The Space Needle and International District

Yes, it's a tourist attraction, but it's also an irresistible, must-see icon that you have to experience. The 605-foot Space Needle was built for the 1962 Seattle World's Fair, and remains one of the nation's most famous landmarks. Be sure to ride up to the observation tower (open 365 days a year) for stunning city views. Once you're back to earth, you can go shopping or dining in the trendy International District, just five minutes from downtown. Or, you can trek down to Pier 52. If you stay at one of the many hotels near downtown Seattle, you won't have to travel far to get to the waterfront. Once you're there, hop aboard a ferry for a scenic trip to Bainbridge Island, where you can visit art galleries and craft stores.
