What I liked about this property was the convenience of finding a place to eat. The convenience of the attached restaurants were what drew me to the hotel. The restaurant “Stacks” had a good menu and the food was good. The hotel itself was a bit run down. They only offered room every three days. Upon arrival the room wasn’t ready. The room and hotel was severely out of date. When I asked for fresh towels they were not delivered and I had to retrieve them myself from the laundry room after hours. I would not stay at this hotel again there are better options.

The desk clerk took my credit card and i.d. and made a copy of my license. A copy as unnecesaary and unsafe and she said it was policy that the manager set during and after covid. That makes no sense. When I check in a look at my i.d. should be more than sufficient. She said I could get it back on checkout. The morning desk clerk said it was kept. I told her that was not necessary and was told I could get the copy back. She finally complied.
