It was a wonderful spot within walking distance to all of downtown Lahaina. Great pools and nice living area. I loved that there was a washer and dryer on the room

Lahaina Town Comfort

Posted Jun 28, 2017 on Expedia
Love this condo complex in heart of Lahaina town. Our unit was a studio, and did not have a washer/dryer, but the larger units do. 2 pools on the premises. Have been coming here for many years and highly recommend it!

beautiful room, grounds

Posted Jun 15, 2017 on Expedia
Cons: definitely needs to be an override on the AC timer between 10pm and 6am to ensure uninterrupted sleep . . .
This resort is so beautifully well-camouflaged we actually drove right past it initially. The grounds are gorgeous and lush, and outside each room and throughout the connecting outdoor "hallways" are tons of greenery and tropical plants. The rooms were beautiful, though our 2BR/2BA only had showers, no tub(s). Worked out okay now that my littlest is able to take a shower (with help), but it might be troublesome for those with infants/toddlers who are used to bathing their kiddos in a tub. The mini-sized refrigerator was a little curious at first, but we figured out how to pack in all our food more efficiently. Same thing for the smaller dishwasher – it just meant we had to do more loads of dishes more often. The pools were great and the larger pool's surroundings and pavilion were just beautiful. The biggest complaint I have, to serve as a warning to those who need cooler temps to sleep – the AC units were ALL on 4-hour timers. I understand the necessity to conserve energy, but it became a little ridiculous waking up every night at 2 am, sweating from the AC having shut off an hour earlier, and having to reset the 4-hour timer to get some additional, cooler, slumber.

More like Condo/AirBnB than Hotel

Posted Jun 6, 2017 on Hotels
This is actually a condo and not an actual hotel (where you'd get regular maid services). There is a W/D in the unit, which was convenient; yet that meant we had to wash the towels that got dirty from the beach in order for us to use them again. They only give us 2 packs of detergent and it seemed like a hassle to get more as housekeeping calls were only available from 8-5pm. This place would be good for families with small children that like to stay in. It's in a great location, however, it's quite far from all the main Maui attractions (Road to Hana, Paia town, Haleakala Volcano, Kihei). What I didn't like- the dishes/containers were not fully clean, if trash filled up - we tied it and it sat in the corner as we were not told we're the main garbage was at, the bed felt moist/humid from the A/C unit, only one of the bedroom had A/C. I would look at this place as an AirBnB with a front desk check in and check out. It's priced relatively well for its location and condition of the place though. Parking is $17.50 per day; across the street is $15 per day if you like to save a few bucks.

Aloha, we apologize you were not aware the property offers condominium accommodations and is not a true hotel. We hope you enjoyed your stay for the most part. We hope to welcome you back again.

Terrible customer service

Posted May 31, 2017 on Expedia
After checking into our room we noticed a cockroach on the counter then saw a bunch of bugs dead and alive all over the bathroom floor. I called Liz at the front desk who told me to come down and she would give us a new room. She sent an employee to check it out who obviously did not look very well and said she saw nothing. Liz rudely accused me of being a liar, and I had to show her the video on my phone as she rolled her eyes and ignored me as I spoke. She then told me after having the employee check again that I made a big deal of it and there was no reason for it, and I should be glad the entire place wasn't covered in bugs. After getting our new room we still saw cockroaches in the kitchen every night. The way Liz handled the situation was very unprofessional and I would not stay here again.

Fantastic location

Posted May 25, 2017 on Expedia
Pros: Great swimming pools. Nice atmosphere Great sized condo's Kitchen's very spacious Excellent bathrooms
Cons: Maintenance Attention to detail by concierge.
Location: Right in town. Lots to see and do. We shopped in the Outlets Mall, ate at good restaurants, walked to the beach, did a sunset cruise, snorkelled.
Fantastic location, one block back from the action. Very quiet property, very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which has very spacious showers. Bed very comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues whilst there, the TV remote was missing and they couldn't replace it, so we couldn't put Netflix on for the kids. The icemaker in the freezer didn't work, so we had to hunt for ice from the communal machines. The coffee machine didn't work and it took them 3 days to replace it. The concierge made some mistakes with our tour bookings. All of the above didn't impact on our stay and we will most definitely return.

Read the Small Print

Posted May 6, 2017 on Expedia
Makes sure you read the small print! There is a huge mandatory cleaning fee that offsets any deal you thought you were getting here. They also charge $17 per night for parking when it is free right outside on the street. On a positive note, the washer/dryer were handy and the location is great.
