My husband and I booked a king size bed room for one night. We got out room key and surprised to find out we got a queen size sofa bed in a conference room. Call the front desk, they said the hotel was over booked, no more rooms. When we asked what happened to our booked king size bed? They just said there is nothing they can do. There were no pillows and not blanket either. It was a terrible night.

Room was old, furniture looked like it was from a thrift store, curtains were dirty and stained, table is dirty and beat up, bed is low and hard to get in and out of and the outlets near the bed are power strips and don’t work.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and have been very pleased with it every time. The staff are helpful and the restaurants are very good. .The pool is very nice and the close proximity to Disney Springs is great. The only problem we have had was our last stay this week. There was a very bad storm with torrential rain and the window in our room leaked quite badly. We informed the staff and they immediately apologized and offered us another room.
