No shuttle on arrival at airport. No one was answering the telephone at the front desk although we were calling directly for shuttle. No microwave available on request despite advertising. Water backing up in bath tub. Reported but nothing done to rectify. Phone in room was non functional. Reported to front desk personnel but not rectified. Noisy AC in room. Musty smelling dirty looking carpet triggered allergies. Exhaust fan in bathroom was not switching off. Lobby was nicely decorated though.

I love the room. I did not like thar an empty soap wrapper was in the soap dish. They did not have enough towels. I did not like the selection of TV channels. I did not like that they authorized payment before I arrived so when I changed card I have two pending payment

The room was neat and clean, plenty of towels, and it smelled like it had been sanitized and thoroughly cleaned. It was quiet despite being near a busy road. The AC was super cold too. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel dirty, was not bogies at check in breakfast not included. Room nasty. Rug nasty. Room door getting stuck all the time. Ice machine not working. Housekeeping was ok. Very disappointed. Will never come back.
