Rooms were very nice. Staff friendly. Unfortunately we were put on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator ( we’re in our 70’s). Nice balcony. Very noisy though ( on busy road)

We weren’t happy with the breakfast it was just eggs cereal no meats I thought there’d be bacon and sausage for the amount of money we paid for the room but overall it was good

Upon entering we always clean before unwinding. The chain on the door was broken. It seemed that someone had broken in. So I just started to clean the main door. I wiped do much blood off of the chain and the door. It was horrible, I went straight to the front counter and there was a man there. (7/26/21) I told him about the blood and the chain. He fixed the chain as we went to pick up more cleaning supplies. Nothing else was done to ease my mind. I'm just really disappointed because I no longer felt comfortable in that room. We where four hours from home. For what I paid for two nights I'm not satisfied. During a PANDEMIC my husband and I were possibly exposed. This is terrible and we will not return.

It was very convenient to where we wanted to go in Galena. What wasn't the best was the lack of eating/drink facility close to the hotel. The stay was wonderful despite this inconvenience. The price for the stay was the best part as well as the comfort of the stay.

The room that we stayed in was very detailed everything was very clean and it was definitely way better than any of the other hotels that I have stayed at
