non working smoke detector. my daughter had to clean it. first room was filthy and had holes in the door cockroach in the sink in bathroom. had to ask for a shower curtain replacement because the curtain was filthy.

Room was dirty, hallways had trash, no coffee pot, no shower curtain,rude staff, graffiti in the elevator said”if you don’t feel welcome here, it’s because you’re not “ sketchy people wandering the halls, strong smell of marijuana in hallways. Do yourself a favor and DONT stay in this disgusting place!!!

The first room we had didn't have a shower curtain, it had a coffee maker but no pot, and few towels. No daily cleaning and fresh towels. The front desk help was really unfriendly and acted like we were bothering him when we checked in. They also would not answer the phone in the evening when we called to get the WiFi password. The second room didn't have a toilet paper holder there were no hangers in either room, and we only got one wash cloth for three people. There were homeless people all around the grounds and that really creeped us out.I will never stay in a Ramada again!

Not very clean...pool not available...rickety elevators...security guards wearing kevlar, not best area...no thermostat in rooms so you are either freezing or sweating
