Overall love the vibe and location of the swan and dolphin resorts. We’ve been staying here for years, love the dining options and the walk ability to parks and entertainment. I would have to say that there are little things here and there that are showing their age and wear and tear. The bathroom tile and shower fixtures in our room need attention urgently and certain areas of the pool are starting to deteriorate.

The Swan and Dolphin are both excellent resorts to stay at while visiting WDW. Their locations to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios are a bonus. The resorts are top notch and a great value.

Possibly the best "Disney" hotel
Everything from checkin to checkout was perfect. The view from my room exceeded my expectations. The food at the hotel was very good and reasonable priced. Transportation to/from Epcot and Hollywood Studios via the boats is great. Transportation for the other parks via the bus was MUCH better than the other Disney hotels.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, checking in and out was easy. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had a room with our own private balcony which was awesome. I ran the Disney Marathon which they provided transportation to and from the race; very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
