Pullman Schweizerhof was extremely comfortable and modern in a nice location with a beautiful view over the tree tops of the neighbouring zoo. The room was immaculate and cosy and every staff member I dealt with was professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing.
Pullman have a great reputation, hence the booking. My budget allows me to stay in a nice hotel, as I like to have a quiet cool comfortable room. The fact that the Pullman in Berlin turns off it’s aircon units is bizarre. It acts like a budget hotel trying to save money, but charges a higher rate. Result was 3 nights of poor sleep as you have to have the window open, and in Berlin with the constant street noise and sirens, it’s a very uncomfortable night. Additionally 32EUR for breakfast is a complete rip off.
