Great location

The hotel is nicely located in the middle of Potsdamer Platz. The Berlin Mall is right there, all the trains are right there, tons of restaurants surround the hotel. We walked to Tiergarten and spent hours in the Neuen See Bier Garden on the pond; minutes walk to the Brandenburg; minutes walk to checkpoint Charlie; minutes walk to the Holocaust memorial; across the street from the casino; across the street from Blue Man Group show. Outstanding location. It was a great experience and the HOTEL staff were great. We took the train just steps from the hotel to Potsdam and saw the Sanssouci castle, amongst many more! Then we took the train to Oranienburg and saw the concentration camp. You can catch one of MANY hop on hop off bus tours one block from the hotel. The point is you can go anywhere from this location! The one and only bad experience in the local area, Que Pasa restaurant. Poor food. Poor drinks. And horrible service- all they care about is the money!
