First we would like to thank the wonderful reception staff for being so welcoming and helpful! The room is very well equipped for all your holiday needs. It was spacious, had a lovely little kitchen with everything you may need including washing up liquid and a cloth! The room was spotlessly clean and had all the bathroom accessories needed. Only thing lacking was perhaps slippers and a bathrobe. The location is brilliant and easy walking distance to all main attractions. Local eateries were brill and very well priced! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would defo return and recommend to others.

Good location & proximity to centre
A good hotel in a good location for Christmas markets and city centre,l. Comfortable room and facilities, very good sauna, clean, spacious, well serviced room with kitchenette, friendly staff. Water pressure on the 8th floor not good, coffee machine didn't work well, room a little dated for the price. Nothing bad enough to complain about but impacts value for money.

The people were really nice. The apartment was ill- equipped. There was no soap so we could run the dishwasher. There was no spine so we could wash the kitchen counters or the table. Two out of the five days we were there we didn't get face class and one out of the five we didn't get a bath mat. For the amount of money we spent I think we could have done better

Whirlpools were not working. Streaming TV not working. AC in room sometimes worked, sometimes not. Overall facilities clean. King bed was 2 beds pushed together and not comfortable. Staff was accommodating.
