I got the room for our anniversary. She manager charged us an extra $100 for a room with jetted tub as per request. Got to the room & there was patches in the tub. Turned on the jets, apparently the maids don't sanitize and clean them properly. The tv remote didnt work properly. There was someone in the halls yelling to call the police on someone. It was a rough night. But we made it through. Hopefully the hotel acknowledges these reviews and does some work. Thank you for our stay of course.

Overall my stay was Great! The box breakfast can be more accommodating offering a more diverse menu offering some non-pork items (turkey or chicken bacon or sausage) would be great.

A solid three-star establishment, and while the room layout was a little eccentric (the open window from the bathroom to the living area wasn't our favorite thing), the beds were super-comfortable, the staff was really helpful and friendly, and the living area was spacious and nice. I won't use the word 'disaster' with the wi-fi hookup, but it does need some immediate work, especially for those of us relying on it to conduct business and do online booking of cars, etc, especially for the prices. Overall, we really appreciated this place, and while the price will probably have us doing air b-n-b next time, it's still a clean,hospitable and well-located place to stay when visiting Anchorage.

The room was so hot, and when I turned down the temp the front desk worker berated me she said “You all need to STOP touching the thermostat! It works! You just keep breaking it!” Woaaah, Dimond center you should keep a better eye on the woman working front desk 3:45pm 8/19/20. Maintainence came and fixed the AC, but several hours later the room is still too hot, I was told I need to be more patient. The other employees were absolutely delightful, hotel was clean and in a good location. Not sure I’d stay here again, the over heated room alone along with no fan available for use Makes it not worth it.
