The staff was not very forthcoming at check in about parking, no valet which is not the end of the world if the front desk would have explained the parking situation. Also a water leak at the main bar went unnoticed until pointed out. Turns out it had been reported 3 days prior but not looked at. Could have been a fall hazard.

The hotel was in walking distance to get to the Amway Center easily and safely. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Nice hotel,great location. Parking is a concern, a bit expensive but it is cross street so it is to access..

Hotel in great downtown location.

we came down to return our son to Full Sail University and decided to stay downtown and explore for a few days. We loved Church street. So many great restaurants and places to listen to music. We will definitely be back !!
