Was told to wait at 3 different locations for the shuttle bus to pick us up in the freezing cold all to find out none of the spots were where we were supposed to be.. ended up having to walk back after waiting well over an hour and multple phone calls to the front desk. Others were waiting like our group and it was just to cold to wait any more... waisted a good hr of the night waiting and walking, not impressed with that.

Great location for a concert at ford field. Lots of things to do before and after the concert in a walkable area. Clean and nice room that is bigger than your average hotel room.
