Concierges microwave & coffee machine were not functioning properly; staff member brought decaf coffee & kept saying she getting a regular pot of coffee but after over an hour it never arrived. Food was very salty. Ample supply of bottled water & other beverages& treats.

Came into a room and had stains all over the bed Under construction had a makeshift restaurant service was extremely slow Pool was so cold the children wouldn’t go in it
