We have stayed here more than once due to proximity to our son. The staff is always helpful. The beds comfortable. The rooms could be a little cleaner. Nothing that makes me want to go elsewhere, but just not pristine. The corners of the bathroom a good clean as do edges of baseboard and tub.

Everything was lovely, the lobby, hallways, bed, etc. The only thing that could use more attention was the bathroom.

Not clean. Worn out furniture in rooms. Hall were not vacummed.

They clearly need updating of the rooms. The carpets in the hallway were very dirty. The breakfast was sorely lacking but I realize they are compensating for covid. They have a beautiful breakfast area but are not yet using it. Bed was comfortable. Staff were nice and very helpful. Computers in business center were difficult to use. I think they updating or some help from an IT person. I would hesitate to stay here again.

Room was horrible. Phone wouldn't work TV was not working and bedding had major stains. Waited over 15 minutes at front desk due to worker being on phone. We were able to get moved to different room. Couldn't get in pool only 1 room allowed but should have been half hour increments not 1 hr. Same people were allowed to stay in pool for almost 2 hrs. When we told the representative about the poor condition of the 1st room her response was oh well we will see if we can find another room.
