None of the staff wear masks at check in, or when serving food in the mornings for breakfast. Also, around 11:30pm the fire alarm went off and the entire hotel was evacuated to the parking lot. My boyfriend and I waited for hours in the parking lot with no updates from any staff. We eventually took shelter in our car where we eventually fell asleep. Woke up around 2:30am to find everyone had been allowed back inside. Thanks for NOT checking on your guests and allowing us to sleep in the car when we should have been notified we could go back inside to an actual bed. Terrible service. Also, why didn’t we get a shower curtain in our bathroom?
