So the house itself presents as pictured. However, couch was broken as was the Dryer and most drawers in kitchen and bedrooms fall forward when pulled out to use. Painters tape left on vents and completely covering vents. Toilets and one bath counter to run through out the day n night. Beds though were very comfortable. House needs just a bit of TLC.

Nice house, couple of issues
The house was clean when we checked in. It's a 10 minute walk to the Barracuda beach access point, but you will need to rent private chairs/umbrellas there. We had four small children in our party, and the pool was great for them. There are some issues with the house -- the futon is broken, and we actually found a small butter knife inside of it when we tried to fold it down. The kitchen island where the dishwasher is located is in bad shape. There's a lot of visible damage on the back and side of the cabinets. There was also a leaky faucet in the master bathroom downstairs. The kitchen was empty in terms of supplies, so we had to buy everything from salt/pepper to cleaning supplies. There were a couple of dishwasher tabs and small bottle of pot & pan soap -- that's really it. Overall, the house is in a good location and the nearby amenities are good. It just needs a little work.

Great Place for Beach weekend
Really enjoyed our stay here! There were 9 adults that all slept comfortably and truly an 8-min walk to the public access. Amenities were good enough, not exceptional. Location to beach access, pool, local restaurants and grocery were truly the supreme aspect here. Any complaints were minor. While using the kitchen basics like salt/pepper, and a baking pan were not found, and believe we only had 2 trash bags left. Everything was generally as described and would definitely consider renting again if back to the same beach!

Great Place to Stay!
Wonderful place to stay. However, this house holds 12 people. My group was a party of 12. We had to have 3 vehicles to get there. The house only has two parking spot designated to the house. The other parking is always full and we got warnings about being towed. They were towing cars all night. I feel like the parking could be improved. Overall, 10/10 recommend!

Great family vacation!
The house did exactly what we needed it to - it fit our family comfortably and had a great floor plan. It definitely could use some minor repairs inside and furniture updates, but overall it was a great place to stay for our first trip to Destin.
