Run down hotel - weird odor in hallways - ice machine didnt work - no room service even though all restrictions have been lifted for weeks - the television choices were LAME - PLASTIC cups covered in PLASTIC wrap (really?) - walls are paper thin - toiletries suck. Stay at a Hampton for way less money!
