So much more to be desired: We checked in on Thursday 12/05 and was handed 2 keys w/out any other information about the hotel and what it has to offer ...eg, discounts @local establishments with the Crawford room Key, the in room iPad, access to a courtesy car to name a few... 1. Broken coffee maker—notified front desk and was assured it would be fixed-day 3 and it is still not fixed...despite two additional reminders 2. One roll of toilet tissue and had to call for an additional-52 mins. later ONE roll was delivered. 3. The room TV didn’t work. The guide display says no information on every channel . We asked the person who delivered toilet tissue he said “I don’t know how to work it I’ll let my manger know to come help”. Remained in our room 3 hrs (still waiting 24 hours later) 4. Saturday 12/7@0930, I walked to front desk to ask for the courtesy car for breakfast; my request was NEVER addressed I was dismissed told to “WALK up two blocks and there is Urban Farmer, and excuse me mam I need to help the gentlemen behind you! 5. We did NOT have our towels exchanged. I have had to call everyday for clean towels and this evening I came in to dirty towels lying on the bathroom floor and had to wait 20 minutes for clean ones. 6. My room was cleaned 1 day of 3 night 4 day stay...our trash was overflowing/a pizza box in the chair from last night 7. broke hairdryer 8. Private noisy parties til 1Am not forewarned!
