The outside property was Dirty with trash everywhere. The side outside doors were easy access cause they didn’t work, no security. There were attendees with loud music and their doors prompt open. The elevator did not work! This place was a desaster

Bathroom was filthy and the wrong size toilet seat was on the toilet which was very awkward, there was trash from the past tenant in the closet, the microwave looked like a horror film, phone was broken, cockroaches in the hallway and in the drawers, people smoking weed and cigarettes in the hallway, front desk very hard to get a hold of via cell phone because room phone was broke. Two of the bath towels were dirty and something sticky got on my socks near the desk, I think it was bbq sauce. BUT the girl that checked us in was very helpful and the beds were clean and very comfortable. There was also someone sleeping in the bushes by the dumpster FYI.

This property at first glance and check in during the day looks ok. However upon further inspection the room was incredibly dirty, and had obvious signs of barely being cleaned. The front desk staff was of NO HELP at all! This is a horrible part of town... Our door dash driver got pulled over and arrested delivering our order in the parking lot, then the order got taken to the wrong room.... This is not a safe place to stay. Homeless and people on some heavy drugs all around as soon as it got dark as well as no breakfast and the pool was nasty....

The window was broken they had to come in and fix by putting up a piece of plywood. There was glass and wood chips on the floor. No cover on the bathroom light fixture, no ice bucket, no maid service for trash and towels at least during our 2 night stay. The bathroom faucet drips. When we asked for someone to vacuum they said next morning at 8 We won't return.

We requested a handicap room, did not get it. Wheelchair could not get into the bathroom. No maid service for 5 days and after we requested towels we had to go down and get them and were given 6 hand towels. No hair dryer or iron in the room. We had to get the key card replaced due to some malfunction. All 4 key cards they gave us did not work and the manager had to let us into our room. One or two issues could be expected but the entire stay was a disaster. Manager was nice and the bed was comfortable that is the inly nice thing I can say
