Cute little botique hotel with a hot tub in the room! Great balcony and location. We walked from the Pepsi Center and to Larimer Square for dinner. Staff was very nice.

The property was definitely unique. It was in a great location and the rooms were cute but not functional for our purposes. The showers are full glass - like an aquarium - which is fine if you're doing a romantic weekend away but for our group of friends, it was uncomfortable. The night club downstairs is interesting. I knew it was going to be there and yet it was still not what I expected. The music is loud until 2 am on the weekends. We were on the third floor and you can hear it pretty clearly. Some rooms have window unit heat/a/c and some have an actual thermostat. The room with the thermostat was very nice in comparison to the window unit that was in the room I stayed in which got too hot so we turned it off but then froze overnight. For the room itself, it is not what I expected for a 3 star hotel. The towels were awful - thin and scratchy - and the bedding wasn't very different. Nothing against IKEA for one's home, but it's an odd choice for bedding in a hotel. The shower head leaked and the water pooled but the real kicker for the shower was that the glass door didn't have an interior handle. So once you were in the shower, you had to push it out to get out but the towel hanger was behind the now-open glass door. There was a social area of some sort when you got off the elevator on the third floor which had coffee and an ice machine. The noise from an ice machine and some sort of gathering right outside your door at 2 am that you cannot escape was awful.

The decor was pretty and all the staff were great. What I didn’t know going in was that this is a nightclub at night. So when I came in at night past the bouncers I was in full on club scene. I had to show my key to get to the elevator in the am I had no hairdryer and called for one. I went to the keierg coffee maker in the hall I had to get water from my room and come back. Staff came up to get me a dryer from another room I saw a stripper pole it it. The room itself was bare floors no rugs a bit chilly during the snowstorm. At midnight I heard a horrible noise and discovered it was the bar guys filling ice from my ice machine on the 3 rd floor. So not the place for this visiting grandma. If you want to be a club we and stay yes. Normal visitor no. The cleaning was half ass. My sink showed coffee spilled and a bag of laundry left. Good price I would not stay again

On weekends, staff isn’t well equipped to cater to events/club and hotel. They should pick one avenue and perfect
