No hot water-broken hot water heater! No access via the side doors-card reader broken! No constant electricity-power up and down a few times! No tv remote in the room! No discount on the room due the crappy conditions. No way I will ever stay in this run down mismanaged POS again.

This facility has discontinued permanently daily housekeeping service. If you are staying more than one day, if you want fresh towels, trash emptied, etc. you do it yourself. This is part of the perks of staying outside your home. You expect someone else to do the work. Breakfast is very limited. Little to no options for someone who needs or requires more protein and les carb options. Our room needs an update to carpet and seating area. Both were stained or damaged. The entire property needs a facelift.

Not much to recommend this property, really. It's very much in need of a remodel. Odd smell in the hallways, vaguely like stale pee and not so vaguely like Fabreze. Room was OK, but the telephone was disgustingly filthy. Carpet is worn. Lots of highway noise. Breakfast was coffee and yogurt, except no sugar and no spoons and surly attendant. We actually booked this location by mistake - I screwed up and the rest of the wedding group was at the La Quinta in Littleton, which is only about 10 miles away and many orders of magnitude nicer. We joined them for breakfast there and they had eggs, sausage, biscuits, muffins, fruit, etc. Book the one in Littleton, not this one in Lakewood!
