Convient to Airport

Needed hotel close to airport with early morning shuttle. Ruby Tuesday was next to it which made it convenient for dinner. Shuttle needed at 4am. Was waiting for us when we got downstairs.

Pros: Clean

Location: I didn't see any restaurants anywhere
Least expensive, but it feels like I should have paid more. Everything was new and clean.

Disapponited

I thought the hotel looked very nice on line but it was very dirty in hallways and stairways. It is under remodel so I hope it improves but I wont stay there again.

Clean and convenient

This location was very clean. There was construction going on, but noise was minimal. My only complaint would be that they need to replace their lumpy pillows. The continental breakfast wasn’t great either. Staff was very friendly.

Close to airport

Was easy access to airport. They provide airport shuttle. Nice pet area with poop bags provided. Easy access to I-70. Rooms on 5th floor could be quieter by adding a strip of insulation to the bottom of the door.

Frustrating

It started out ok... After we arrived we got in the pool. The pool is inside and it was very nice. In our room we only had 1 towel for 5 people. I went to the front desk to request more towels. The staff was very unfriendly and would often ignore those waiting to be helped. Later I noticed the plug in our bathroom didn't work and we didn't have a blow dryer. I called to complain. They sent someone up to try and fix the plug and he brought us a blow dryer. While he was there we left for dinner. When we got back, the plug still didn't work. Also I pulled out our sofa bed thinking it was a double, but it was only a twin bed. I booked a room that said it accommodated 5 people. It had 1 king and this twin pull out sofa. I again went down to complain. The staff was so unhelpful. All they could give me was 2 comforters and pillows. So we had 3 people in the king bed, one on the sofa bed, and one on the floor. They should have never said this room would fit 5 people!! I also asked about the plug. The girl said, "oh yeah, he couldn't fix it" Such a frustrating stay.

For an "Executive suite" - it was quite disappointing. A couch doesn't make one room an executive suite. Although the hotel is doing some upgrades and smelled and looked clean, the room was very misrepresented.

Airport shuttle was key

Pros: Closeness to airport, lovely grounds, free airport shuttle
. . . and it did not disappoint. The rest of our stay was just lovely -- although close to DEN, the noise level never became a problem. The room and bath are so nice. It would have been nice to know in advance about the nearby renovations that resulted in some near-misses with wet paint, but nothing unmanageable.

Not horrible but won't stay there again

Pros: Lobby and staff were very pleasant!
Cons: Policies could be clearer about leaving car there while on trip.
Location: Not much. A Ruby Tuesday restaurant.
Thought it would be a decent hotel with the La Quinta brand but was disappointed. First, there was nothing on any of the pages that said they would charge extra for leaving my car there but was told I had to pay extra. Fine. Room was decent. Pillows hard as rocks. Breakfast was egg discs, sausage discs, and not much else, other than cereal, breads. Could have been worse, could have been a lot better.
