This is the most disgusting property in the DTC area. The beds were full of brown stains, rooms smelled of smoke terribly, the air conditioner didn't work. There were abandoned vehicles with people staying in them on the property and syringe needles though out property. The front desk staff was very rude. We did not stay at this property and do not recommend anyone does. This is a health code nightmare. I'm surprised it is still open with how filthy it is.

This property is not clean the maintenance is terrible dirty towels with hair microwave dirty outside and floor bathroom second floor with water coming out with every step.plus not feel safe

Horrible

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed in the last three years and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Room I stayed in was filty and smelly. Carpet and linen stained and smelly. Staff non caring and unfriendly.

Not good place

I don't usually write reviews but this one was awful I went to the front desk to ask for towels three times and he said that he was drying we didn't get towels at all they didn't have cups or plates to give us I did not like my stay and they didnhave have breakfast only coffee and oatmeal don't stay here

Would never stay their again

Pros: good location
Cons: Just about every thing
Has to be the most disappointing extended stay facility I have ever stayed. wakeup call not sent (missed meeting). No coffee maker or on other items like dishes, paper towels, etc. First negative responses I have ever written.

Disgusting!!!

Pros: The person working the front desk was understanding when I explained the reasons that I was not comfortable staying there and why I wanted a refund. Other than that I have nothing good to say about this hotel.
Cons: When I arrived the person working the front desk smelled like marijuana that was my first turn off. I reserved a non smoking room because I am very sensitive to smoke. When we finally found our room, it was a smoking room and it also looked nothing like the picture on this site. I attempted to call the front desk to ask to be switched to a different room (most of the buttons on the telephone were missing) and I was not able to get in touch with anyone at the front desk. My husband and I finally just decided to drive back to the main office and found the front desk person outside smoking what smelled like weed with another guest, hence the reason the phone wasn't answered when I tried to call. I requested to be moved to a non smoking room and the new room was also nothing like the picture, smelled terribly of weed and it looked and felt gross. I didn't want to take my shoes off in there let alone sleep in there. At that point we just said screw it and decided to go to another hotel. If you like breathing cigarette and marijuana smoke tainted air and feeling dirty and uncomfortable, then this is the place for you!

Very clean and comfortable

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: I couldn't find my room at first. Numbers on the buildings and room doors need to be bigger so I can see from the road.
The room was very clean, and comfortable, the bed was one of the best I have seen in a hotel. It was a nice place and a good value for the price.

Terrible Staff

This hotel is the most unorganized hotel that I've ever been to. Staff would not communicate with each other. They over booked our room. So we had to get two different rooms. And then the next morning staff kept knocking on out r door telling us we needed to checked out when we had three more days. Then we were told we had to change rooms. Every time we would go to the office and the front desk would tell us everything is fine... And every morning since the first day we were woken up because staff wasn't able to communicate with each other. Absolutely ridiculous. We also had to ask the staff 4 different times to get kitchen supplies for our room.

Road trip hazard

We got in on a late flight Travelocity said our room will be ready. Door was locked and clerk was dressed unprofessional and rude! Gave us a queen bed for three people not what we booked. No linens, no pots to cook although there was a kitchen, no soap or shampoo. Called Travelocity and they found us another hotel.
