Summary:
Our quaint, well appointed cottage is just steps from downtown Delray's Atlantic Ave - fantastic restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Walk, bike or use Delray's free golf cart shuttle to the beach just 1 mile down Atlantic Ave from our home. Sit and enjoy the sun on our front porch or play in our fenced in backyard and fire up the gas grill for outdoor dining. Inside, enjoy our gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and tons of AMENITIES including towels, chairs, bikes, tennis rackets, etc.

The Space:
Enjoy easy self check-in access to the home via an electronic keypad. A local host is available for anything you need during your stay.

This home was built and designed with so much heart and love, taking into account all the details we think would make guests feel relaxed and comfortable at their home away from home.

Park in the driveway and enter Endless Summer Cottage through the front door to a newly updated living room featuring flat screen smart TV, electric fireplace, comfortable couch, desk and hardwood floors. The full kitchen and dining table sit adjacent to the fireplace for a very open layout.

2 Bedrooms- The master bedroom features a queen and second has two twin beds for sleeping of a total of 4 guests.

Included are WIFI, washer/dryer, detergent, extra linens, iron, ironing board, dishes, pots, pans, full fridge, sink, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, oils, sugar and other essentials.

Guests also have the use of beach essentials including towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and games.

The Neighborhood:
Steps (less than a half block) to the shops and restaurants of downtown ATLANTIC AVE. Short 1 mile walk, bike or ride to the BEACHES. GREAT location to experience all that South Florida living has to offer.

Getting Around:
Walk, bike or use Delray's Free Golf Cart Shuttle to anywhere you want to go!

Uber and car rental are convenient options as well if you desire to leave the Delray Beach area.

Overall great stay!
Property is as pictured. We didn’t realize there was another attached unit in the back of the house but it has a well separated, private entrance. The property is nicely equipped and local manager is helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Great value! 2 small comfy chairs would be a nice addition in the living room!

Disappointing House
Initially we thought this was an ideal location, but there was a considerable amount of trash and broken glass which made it problematic walking our dogs through the area. One night there was police activity in the adjoining complex which was not very comforting! The amenities were pretty sparse, so I'm glad we brought our own.

Wonderful Location and House!
The owner was so nice and easy to communicate with! The house is adorable and clean. They have everything you need to have a great stay including a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/utensils.) I loved that it was in a less crowded area off Atlantic because I like to sleep :) The house is nearly soundproof so we didn’t have any problems with noise and it’s a quick walk to all the best restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

Clean place but not great location
Place was clean overall, but light on the front porch stayed on all night and shined into the second bedroom windows. The light was automatic - unable to turn it off. Neighborhood was not the best.

While the unit was walkable to the town it was on the border. I felt safe but I also felt for the price, it should have been better. Here are the reasons why... We didn’t get any instructions on how to get into the unit until I landed. There was a dead gecko on the window sill when I arrived. The unit needs a new living room carpet and painting in the places where there are scuffs. There is bare minimum furniture and the quality was not great. There was bare minimum toilet paper (only 2 rolls for 4 nights and 3 girls) There was only 6 coffee pods and 15 hangers etc. The bar soap and toiletries were low quality. You could hear the people in the unit in the back talking. We enjoyed the fireplace and the bed was comfortable although I found 3 hairs in the headboard. I liked that there was a washer and dryer and the shower had good water pressure. I liked that the unit had parking. There were no headboards in the front room. There was no ice or Brita/water filter and no water was provided. Overall, the place needs some care for sure but it has potential.
