I'm very sorry. We are unable to give out receipts when you have booked with an online travel agency. You would have to get a hold of travelocity for that. I am very pleased that you had a good experience with our staff. We strive to make sure every guest leaves with a smile.

Pros: Easy access and adjacent restaurant. Clean pool area and the whole grounds were taken care of.
Location: Location was perfect for the business meeting I was conducting.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was almost like they were waiting for me to show up. For the price it was excellent.

Nice getaway

Pros: Convenient and close to downtown Napoleon. It also had a couple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Location: It is not far from the highway and an exit away from shopping and restaurants.
It was a getaway with the family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub onsite. They offer a wonderful breakfast the morning we left. It was also to the highway; but there was no noise to keep us up. It was definitely a good choice and look forward to returning back again.

This location is exactly what I expect from a Best Western!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, friendly attentive staff, indoor swimming pool
We chose this location at random as a meeting place halfway between us and other family members. Just wanted a little weekend getaway meeting spot for our families to spend time together. We were very pleased with everything about the hotel. The family-owned staff top our list of impressive qualities. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The hotel was clean. The continental breakfast had a nice variety and was well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were perfect spots for the kids to burn off energy and play. And the restaurants in the area were nice too, with a surprising variety of options. Not to mention a Wal-Mart nearby for a last minute snack and game run helped out with our little ones. Couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Will never stay here again

Although we have had good experiences in the past at this location, we will not be staying here again. Upon check in, the room was dirty, there was trash left from the previous tenant, there was blood on the bathroom floor and front of the counter in the bathroom, there was food laying on the carpet, tiny rubber bands, dead bugs on the tables, tags from clothing all over. We cleaned up the blood on the floor, but left it on the front of the counter. After leaving the next day for our planned event, we came back around 10 pm to find that only the bed had been made and towels refreshed in the bathroom. No vacumning, the food was still everywhere and the back to the remote control was missing. While searching for the remote, we lifted the mattress and found a bag of marijuana and rolling papers, more hair rubber bands, a tag from a tuxedo rental place with the previous tenant of the room's name, a cufflink, more children's costume jewelry. At this point we complained to the front desk. The hotel was sold out, so we couldn't be moved. She said she would inform the manager and have the room cleaned properly in the morning. . Upon returning to our room around 4pm, the blood was still there, the food was still on the floor *dried peas and pieces of pizza*, I went to the desk and asked the manager to come to the room. He was shown everything and told what our complaints from the previous night were. He offered a discount. Upon checkout, they only discounted our room $*. Not even 1 full night complimentary. Very displeased and will spread the word among our friends and fellow bikers.
