The room was freezing. The beds were horribly stiff. Had to change our rooms because the heater was broken in the original room.

Property description under amenities said room had microwave. Not true. No microwave in room. Called to complain and was told there’s one communal microwave in lobby which is not a solution. Sink in bathroom did not drain. Needed maintenance guy to fix. Not thrilled.

They pulled the old switcheroo. The room i selected was not the room i got. Instead of a 2 bedroom suite, i got a standard room. When I woke up this morning there was an ant crawling on me. And who is the rocket scientist who decided that hotel rooms don't need drawer space? Other than those complaints, it was the same as any other hotel room. At least they had a nice breakfast though.
