Mr. Macdonald, we apologize if we have not met your expectations. The booking you selected and made thru Expedia does not indicate breakfast. Ala Carte Menu is offered at our restaurant and during your arrival it could have been explained properly by the Front Desk Agent if you had given him a chance, however at the time of check in, I was told that you were upset about us asking for incidental deposit on your debit card. I still sincerely apologize if we have not met your expectations.
