The TV had NO signal. They came up to check it out but couldn't fix it. So, no TV. Tried to shower and there wasn't any hot water. We were advised to let the shower run for a long time. We did and eventually we got lukewarm water at best. The pool said it was closed for maintenance but never opened. Overall, lacking in the basics one would expect.

hallways looked like they haven't been swept or cleaned for weeks.

Last minute reservation no one at the front desk when I arrived I had to call someone while being harassed by homeless man asking for help and walk in and out to drink water. Very dirty mop by the elevator The door to the room was open, trash in the bathroom, hair in the shower and sink.
