Both employees at check-in and check-out were clueless. It took forever for anyone to come to the counter on check-in and on check out it was the same and then could't figure out how to print.

My room was never cleaned during my entire stay. The elevator malfunctioned so all the quests had to walk up flights of stairs. It also appears to be a place for housing assistance. There were unsupervised children playing on the exercise equipment and playing around the facility and in the parking lot.

I had a visit of a small roach in the small kitchen area and on my bed to great me. In formed the manager needed to be sprayed said he would have it done thanks for letting him know.
