Nice room. Hotel is old and run down.

Pros: Room, kitchenette. bed, pool.
Cons: Needs painting and cleaner spots in some areas of room. e.g. stove top.
Location: Atlantic Ave. as a whole is a good location for Publix, restaurants.
Was on ground floor and got a poor view of beach and ocean. Hotel needs remodeling and renovation to get rid of some rust and dirt. Nobody swept balcony.

Horrible , wasted $200+

Received wrong room, when I complained I was told that everything was sold out, contacted Travelocity and they tried to help me but hotel wouldn't refund our money ,so we were stuck in that disgusting ,dirty room Never again will I pay so much money for a room that should only be worth $50

Terrible experience

Cons: The staff customer service
When I arrived at the hotel there was no running water. The lady at the front desk informed me it would be 15 minutes until the water cut back on. I left the hotel and returned 5 hours later to almost boiling hot water at the coldest setting and could not shower that night. The telephone was not working and there were no pots or pans included in the room I booked with a kitchen. When I requested one pan to the young man working at the front desk that evening, he told me "that stuff is locked up in a room somewhere" I was very grateful for a lady I met staying at this hotel to offer me an extra pan from her room. Overall, It was a horrible experience and I will never be booking with this hotel ever again.

Nice view but wet floors

We had a fair room, carpets were damp the whole time, the air conditioner didn't work until the last night. We were there for 3 nights and never saw a maid or any housekeeping staff.

Not clean and had a very unclean smell.

There was hair in the soap dish where someone had shaved and dirty soap was also still in the shower dish. There was dirty spots on two of the five pillows. We told attendant and she apologized and said it would be cleaned the next day. the next day the cleaning lady cleaned the hair out but left the old soap... yuck

stay was great even though there was damage

Pros: the set up and the cleanliness of the room.. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.. I also like the fact there was a full size fridge..
Cons: The pool was closed do to the hurricane.. Need more dishes pots and utensils..
Location: Close to the granada bridge which is nice to get out of town easily during events..
I loved the room! It had a full size fridge, stove and microwave... They do need to stock it a little better with dishes and cups.. there were 3 plates, 3 spoons and 3 forks.. There were 2 coffee cups and a coffee maker.. No pots, utensils or bowls.. The room was very clean and set up nicely. The pool was closed because of the damage from the hurricane.. They say there was more sand in the pool then there was on the beach.. I can imagine what it will be like when they get cleaned up from all the damage in the area..

Great Place On The Beach

Our stay was great. The views of the beachfrom the rooms are wonderful. Each room has a balcony. This hotel is pet friendly and charges a very reasonable fee for pets.
