The property seemed reasonably well maintained, the staff was courteous. Promised breakfast, only coffee and bread, since manager had given all the staff off for the day. Pointedly asked if there would be breakfast before checking in, desk person assured us there would be. Only to discover nothing but coffee and bread. When we woke up the next morning noticed the sheets were yellow stained and had flects of blood. Additionally the faucite in the shower had what appeared to be fecal matter on the knob. We did take pictures of all these things. Intend to send these to corporate in hopes something will be done.

The hotel does a hot buffet breakfast 7 days a week 6 am to 9 am. The morning of Thanksgiving, the hotel provided a cold breakfast consisting of bread, bagels, pastries, muffins, cold cereals, oatmeal packets, coffee, juice, milk, yogurts, and condiments. The hotel did give breakfast host and housekeeping the day off. Being short staff due to the lack of labor participation from society, many of the staff work 6 days a week with even some working 7 days a week and the hotel thanks the staff with an extra day off with the hotel not being as busy Thanksgiving Day. Hotel had a notice posted informing guest at check in. The hot breakfast and housekeeping services resumed the next day. We hope our valued guest can appreciate this gesture during these trying times. The other issues this guest outline will be looked into by the housekeeping and maintenance department to ensure no lapses have occurred since receiving exceptionally clean scores from AAA, Brand and Health department officials.

Pool and all amenities closed. No hairdryer in room or on site when asked for. Room not ready at 4pm when got there. Will not stay this location again.

The hotel apologizes for failing to meet expectations. While we make every effort to have rooms ready by check in time, the nationwide labor shortage with lack of workers willing to work has impacted our ability at times to meet that time frame and the same labor shortage has resulted in delays for products and supplies such as the hair dryer in this case. We do hope you will consider staying with us again. We appreciate our guest patience and understanding during this time and hope our country's labor force returns to work quickly so all aspects of our economy can once again thrive the way it was pre covid.

The entry cards would not operate any of the back doors, making it necessary to walk around to the front in the rain. The front desk person took no action when informed, and seemed not to care.

Online it shows a hot tub but come to find out the hot tub has been gone for two years.
