Just my thoughts
We have stayed here a lot of times over the years but this time was disappointing.. the place was super clean and the staff friendly and our room was vary nice but the A/C was not working right and the room was vary hot and the pillows were small and lumpy/ the bed was vary hard ( some people like that but I don’t) I know all things aside I will try again..

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a nice view of the city lights from our room.There are several dining options within reasonable walking distance. Otherall the hotel was very nice with a bit of an old world classic theme. Our only disappointment was that the Jazz Bar/lounge is no longer in operation. This was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel. The web site was inconsistent concerning the Jazz Bar status and we thought it was in operation ... until we arrived and were informed by the staff.

Enjoyed the stay, would have given a 4.5/5 only because I could hear everything outside and a good amount from other rooms and outside my room. Staff does provide earplugs for sleep as they are located in a busier downtown area but it was worth a mention. Would stay again in the future but may elect a different hotel if my stay was longer than 2 nights.

Staff was friendly. Was not aware of the required valet parking which was $47 and my car was parked outside so not sure why they charge for that. The room was mostly fine. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and no fan working. Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. When I let the lady at the front desk know about the mold, she just said I’m sorry and nothing else.
