Was not happy because of 2 things: 1. The toilet backed up middle of the night and had to clean up. I was able to fix this by pouring hot water over and over using the ice bucket. It worked and got fixed. We did not throw anything in toilet but the toilet paper. 2. the jet nozzle from the jacuzzi shot out without me noticing and when I sat in, i accidentally sat on the nozzle and it hurt. The surprise i got, however caused me to hurt my back. These are things I am sure the maintenance know but just put it back. I put the nozzle back so it does not happen to my wife but it shot out again.
