My friends could not get checked in for a few hours because there was a technical issue with the hotel internet. I thought that the staff offered a strange response. Front desk staff did not seem at all concerned. It seemed they would have at least offered them a cocktail at the bar while my friends waited. But they offered nothing. The hotel was beautifully maintained
