The heat didnt work in my room, and the manager had maint. man there within 20 minutes of my call. He had that bad unit out & another put back in promptly. The manager/mait. man here need a raise, because they were awesome!!! Id recomend this place to my family!!!

This place was so scarey and bad we left. There were drug deals going on right in front of us. The room was bad, burns in bed spreads, carpet felt dirty. It smelled dirty The bathtub was dirty. The sink was updated and wonderful. I would not recommend this place. We went up the road got a clean safe comfortable room at Holiday Inn Express for only 20.00 more then then Quality Inn. Be safe and comfortable don't stay here.

Bed was comfortable and room had a microwave and a refrigerator. Poor condition. Needed deep cleaning and complete remodel. Peeling finish on tub. Needed repainting and new carpet. Stains on couch. Musty smell. Huge scratches on doors. Roaming people. Noisy air-conditioning. Lots of road sounds. No cups second day.

Couldn't wait to find a nicer hotel the next night

Booked this hotel late in the day with few options available. Very basic no frills hotel. Found two roaches in the bathroom. The guests in the room next door were smoking pot that you could smell as you walked by. Breakfast the following morning was a nonstarter with nothing replenished. Run don't walk away from this hotel.

Great value!

Pros: see above
Cons: A broken lalmp shade should be replaced.
Our stay was Thanksgiving evening 2015.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nice big TV and refrigerator. Nice "worktable" and love seat in living area. Great breakfast to include scrambled eggs (made from fresh eggs) and waffles. Upon checking in I asked for some plastic forks to help in eating some Thanksgiving leftovers. The on duty manager voluntarily fixed me up with even more to include napkins. The motel is very accessible to US 75. I read other comments that it might be too noisy from a nearby restaurant but we found it to be very quiet.

By far our most enjoyable stay.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
We are in McKinney once a month for work. We have tried several different motels but this was by far our favorite. The rooms are so nice - the bed was wonderful - the breakfast was great and the employees were top of the line. IF I had to have a "complaint" it would be that the room did not have a fridge or microwave. But that will in no way stop us from making this our new monthly "home away from home!" Thanks everyone!
