I'll start this review by saying that I have stayed here before, and I have given this property an excellent review. The property and the management have gone downhill in the last 2 years. The room's need maintenance. the hot tub is missing many tiles. There were many families staying at this property. which are fine, But the management did not control what was going on. There were at least 20 unsupervised preteens running in the halls, there were also at least 40 unsupervised children in the pool area and very small children in the hot tub, front desk staff did nothing to take control of the situation. There were never any pool towels.They have went to multi-use containers for shampoo and conditioner, but there was no hand soap available in the room, and they dudnt have any when we asked. There were no extra towels. the beds are tired, and need to be replaced. The furniture is very warn and in need of repair. The only good thing I can say was the bar was very nice and the bartender was quite attentive. Nothing else was up to the standard that the Stony creek should have or allow. We will not stay again unfortunately.
