The property was nice but there are signs of it aging. The only knock on our stay was that we asked twice for someone to clean our room and provide clean towels and we were ignored. I also paid a bit more for a balcony, and we ended up with a walk out patio that overlooked the parking lot which faced an RV. The hotel was empty and it would have been easy for Hilton to give us an excellent stay. They just missed the mark.

The place is nice. We had a balcony which was really cool to have. I did call a line connected to the hotel verifying if the pool was working. Was lied to and told it was working fine. The slots just took your $ I’ve never lost so much . My boyfriend too he gave up on roulette. It took his $ every time. The front desk guy was nice when we got in . It is a beautiful property. Needed more selection of restaurants open. Most were closed when we got there. One morning went to get a coffee at Starbucks . The lady said the girl her replacement never showed up. So they closed early. Couldn’t get a coffee. There is no room cleaning service unless asked for. We don’t mind we did get towel replacements since we were there 5 days . It’s well past Covid so they should have that up and going again. It just saves them $ . But I’m sure a lot of hotels are doing that. Our bed was comfortable pillows were soft. Shower had a lot of pressure and got warm fast . So overall not too bad :)
