I absolutely feel in love with this hotel. The atmosphere, the room, the food, and the location. I loved how it was walking distance to downtown and to the many amazing restaurants. The breakfast and the restaurants on site were wonderful.

I think other visitors at the resort were more friendly than some staff members. They did the job but could have been more warming and welcoming. Unless that is there attitude, but only a few need to lighten up a little bit. Otherwise most were very helpful.

We loved this property. It was a large resort made up of several buildings but the common areas (beaches, restaurants, bars) never seemed crowded. Beautiful grounds and nice staff. We loved the private beaches and lagoons. Plenty of beach seating. It was close enough to Pietermaai, Punda, and Otrobanda to walk.

Very nice facilities, very nice beach, good food, about 6/10 of mile to the shopping district of downtown. Some very nice restaurants off the property were only a short stroll away. Few taxis stop by, so you will have to rent a car or hire a guide to see much of the island.

Incredible hotel gorgeous beach great location

Wonderful hotel offers special room to shower before your room is ready for check in. Beach is beautiful and lounges and sun huts are plentiful. Gym is exceptional. Location to town and walkable restaurants is great. Overall fabulous.

Perfect location

Pros: Close to restaurants and downtown. Easy to park for your rental car. Nice beaches and pleanty of chairs.
Cons: Rooms could use updating a bit. We stayed in the Belle Alliance part.
Location: Ver y near Williamsted and Mambo beach.
We loved the location of this hotel as it was close to other restaurants, downtown, and Mambo Beach. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was accomodating as when we arrived we had requested a king bed and had two small beds. The allowed us to loof at another room with a king bed t decide if we wanted to switch or not as the first room was in the very front looking at the ocean and the seconda room was back a bit. we always found a place on the beach with shade even though we never get there until after 10:00 a.m. Very nice pool and bars. We really enjoyed sitting out by the bar at night as they had string lights out over the beach and always had music playing. It was very inviting.
