The staff was wonderful and the hotel was beautiful. In many photos of the top quality room, there was a fireplace, so we were disappointed to see that ours did not have one. We did have a wonderful view of the valley across. The dinner was delicious!

Good morning, Thank you for the time taken to write your review. We are always delighted to hear how much our guests' have enjoyed their stay. Fires are never lit in the bedrooms and the feature fireplaces have been kept where possible, space permitting.
