We had a great time. Family friendly and nice staff. Very attentive and responsive. Asked for more towels and room cleaning service. Had no problem. Wish they had more Dining choices. Some days, certain restaurants were having private events, so not all the restaurants were opened everyday tho. I do not recommend the asian restaurant. The food was horrible. The hotel was a good size for 4-5 nights. I won’t stay longer tho. Because of the resort is pretty small and has limited dining options. I will definitely revisit!!

Landscaping was beautiful Room did not have good A C Had to complain several times to get a robe. Never received slippers. Took 4 days to receive the complementary bottle of alcohol. Called conceiers desks, several times, more times than I cared to - no answer For the most part people who worked there were very kind. They work so hard. Food was so so. Somedays good somedays really bad One thing I found that if you didn't tip you did not receive very good service. Thought most all inclusive you weren't allowed to tip.
