My door lock didn’t work, TV didn’t work and it wasn’t a totally clean room. I tried to call the desk and had the phone laid down to listen to the staff handle other complaints. I went to the desk and they were handling multiple issues. Instead of staying in a room where the lock didn’t work, I left and lost the money I paid for this room! HORRIBLE experience. I would give it a zero but I can’t. And walked away from the money for the room!!

We have stayed here every year on our way to Florida and this property is tired. Carpets are ripped in some areas, the elevator and other areas are dirty and in need of cleaning. Our room didn't have a shower curtain and we were not sure if that was by design. The tv is a bit funky as you have to manually set the tv to channel 3 in order for the cable to work. Forget about breakfast. The coffee is a syrup mixed with hot water, there's a couple of bagels, and not much of anything else. Take the savings from the low cost room and get breakfast somewhere else. It's now a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for.

Had to wait 10 mins before seeing someone who could check me in at 6 pm. Door wouldn't open with room keys, had to go back down for assistance. TV didn't work in the room. Was told ice was available, but no ice bucket was in our room. The blankets on the bed were so lightweight that we froze at night. Evening staff was polite and helpful, but morning staff was the opposite. Breaķfast was disappointing. No lids for coffee cups, even after asking. Obvious that drugs are in and around the hotel area.

Door did not lock properly. No frig or micro in room Room was right next to the lobby and reservation desk, walls are thin therefore very noisy. Itravel to NC several times a year and I always reserved early online and yet I got a roon next to the lobby. Changing motels/hotel now when I travel this route.
