The room was dirty, sheets spotted, loud, dogs barked and walls were so thin we were awaken at 2:30 and the next door room was loud while they argued and a dog r yelped until 4:30. I have been a faithful Hampton Inn customer but this experience changed my opinion. When I notified the front desk of a car with the lights on, I was told we don’t know who it belongs to and that is their tough luck. All in all very very bad experience.

My bed was so squeaky every turn or movement was real disturbing.It got to the point I pulled out the couch bed which was very uncomfortable as well. My pillows were so small must have been washed and dryer also the A/C unit was ruining really loud so overall not a good experience for me I literally just moved her from Michigan. Also I called about reservations to see if could change them because it was much cheaper booking through another site was told yes but when arriving at the property I got charged a total different price then what I was told my another representative very disappointed

When we arrived at the hotel there was a note on the door announcing that the hotel was closed and that we needed to go to different hotel properties. We went there. The staff at the second hotel told us that the first hotel was open and that we should go back there. We went back and found a different entry and were able to go in. The hotel was open but two entrances still had signs posted announcing that they were closed. The receptionist was rude and made no apology about the posted signs. She made no offer to take the signs down. Another employee came to the desk and offered to take the signs down. He went to the doors and took them down. We had planned to stay two nights but stayed for just one. The hotel has just reopened and was very clean.
